Stratospheric dehydration may prove to be an effective way to combat climate change

It is noted that water vapour in the stratosphere forms a barrier that prevents heat from the Earth’s surface from escaping into space. In their work, scientists have considered the prospect of dehydration of this layer of the atmosphere in order to cool our heating planet.

Experts from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) pointed out that most of the air enters the stratosphere in the tropics.
