The James Webb telescope has managed to photograph the most distant star in the known universe

Astronomers say the actual distance to this star is much greater than the official distance. That’s what it was when the light was sent, which telescopes are now detecting. During the passage of the light, the universe has expanded, and now Earendel is no less than 28,000,000,000,000,000 light years away from Earth. Although this is not certain – in the time it took for the light to reach the solar system, the star may have perished by colliding with another massive cosmic body.
