Quentin Tarantino has named another one of his favourite films

This is a question, by the way, to Spielberg and his “West Side Story”. Other nominees that year included the black-and-white drama “Belfast”, the tragicomedy “Don’t Look Up”, the Chekhov-inspired Japanese drama “Drive My Car”, the epic sci-fi “Dune”, the sports drama “King Richard”, the nostalgic coming-of-age film “Licorice Pizza”, the noir thriller “Nightmare Alley” and the heavyweight film “Dog Power”. That’s a strong line-up full of stellar names. So maybe the Academy just decided to reward the most unobvious film, wrongly considered an outsider.
